Refund policy

ZUKU Refund & Return Policy

At ZUKU, we strive to ensure that you and your little ones are happy with your purchase. Our refund policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

For hygiene and safety reasons, baby clothing, feeding accessories, and personal care items cannot be returned once opened.

How to Start a Return:

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Wise/Stripe) within 5-10 business days.
